Building Businesses.Acquiring Assets.Creating Long-Term Value.
LUXBERG is the investment arm of a private holding — building, acquiring, and scaling businesses across operating companies, real assets, financial markets, private credit, and global commerce.
We Are Not a Service Firm.
We Are Owners.
We build companies, acquire assets, and allocate capital with discipline — and we operate what we own. We buy to hold, we sell only on our terms.
Ownership
We own and operate our companies for the long term. We do not chase transactions — we build positions that compound.
Capital
Proprietary capital allocated with discipline across operating businesses, real assets, markets, and private opportunities.
Legacy
Every decision is measured against a single horizon: generational, compounding, enduring value.
Six Companies. One Standard.
One Group. Many Engines.
From forming a company to financing it, from moving containers to trading futures, from income properties in California to short-term rentals in México — the group operates where value is created.
Operating Companies
Six companies built, owned, and operated across six platforms.
Real Estate
Income properties and value-add real estate positions.
Short-Term Rentals
Hospitality assets operated in the United States and México.
Financial Markets
Equities, options, futures, and digital assets — traded with discipline.
Private Credit
Lending and financing solutions through Avanco Group.
Global Trade
Containers, wholesale, and marketplace commerce through Royal Apex.
AI & Technology
Automation and AI systems deployed across every company we own.
Ventures & Alliances
Joint ventures and strategic partnerships across industries.
Why a Holding Company Wins Over Time.
No fund deadlines. No outside mandates. No pressure to sell good assets. Permanent capital changes every decision.

The Strategic Parent Behind a Diversified Ecosystem.
LUXBERG builds, acquires, owns, and scales businesses across multiple industries — with one standard: disciplined, long-term ownership.
Every Company We Own Exists For One Purpose: Long-Term Value.
Founded and led by its principals, LUXBERG was built on a conviction formed over two decades in the field: real wealth is not traded — it is owned, operated, and compounded. We are the investment arm of a private holding: patient capital, operating discipline, and a permanent ownership horizon.
Ownership
Controlling positions in the companies we build and acquire — and we operate them ourselves.
Capital
We allocate our own money — and we feel every outcome. That is the discipline.
Innovation
AI, automation, and modern systems deployed across every company in the group.
Operational Excellence
Systems, processes, and accountability that make businesses run — and scale.
Scalable Systems
Every platform is engineered to grow without depending on any single person.
Strategic Partnerships
Alliances and joint ventures that multiply what each company can do alone.
Long-Term Thinking
We measure in decades. Short-term noise does not move long-term owners.
Legacy
The end goal: enterprise value and generational wealth that outlast any cycle.
Two Decades. Four Chapters.
The Operator
Years in the field — building, running, and learning businesses from the inside. Revenue, payroll, customers: the fundamentals, earned the hard way.
The Builder
Turning experience into infrastructure: formation, funding, branding, and systems that launch other entrepreneurs — the origin of HEFE Group.
The Allocator
Capital put to work beyond the companies: real estate, short-term rentals, markets, private lending, and global trade.
The Holding
LUXBERG unifies it all — one parent, six companies, six platforms, a single standard of ownership and discipline.
"We built LUXBERG around one idea: own the asset. Fees end, trades close, projects finish — but ownership compounds."
One Holding Company. Six Business Platforms.
LUXBERG sits at the top of a diversified ecosystem. Each platform operates independently — and strengthens every other.
Capital & Investments
Powered by LUXBERGThe core of the ecosystem. Luxberg deploys proprietary capital across operating businesses, real assets, and financial markets — with a mandate of capital preservation first, compounding always.
Business Services
Powered by HEFE GROUPThe builder of businesses. HEFE Group forms, structures, funds, brands, automates, and scales companies — creating the entrepreneurs and enterprises the rest of the ecosystem serves. A complete growth engine: from articles of incorporation to corporate credit, from logo to AI-automated CRM.
Finance & Capital Access
Powered by AVANCO GROUPThe capital bridge. Avanco Group provides financing solutions inside and outside the ecosystem — turning opportunity into transactions that would not otherwise happen. When a client can build now and pay over time, everyone in the ecosystem grows.
Commerce & Global Trade
Powered by ROYAL APEXThe merchant engine. Royal Apex sources, imports, distributes, and sells merchandise across wholesale and retail channels — containers and pallets on one side, storefronts and marketplaces on the other. Physical commerce, operated at scale.
Markets Education
Powered by TRADEX ELITEThe academy of the ecosystem. Tradex Elite delivers professional financial markets education — futures, options, equities, and digital assets — taught with the discipline of a trading desk, not the hype of social media. Structure, risk management, and consistency over noise.
Private Network
Powered by 888 SOCIETYThe private room of the ecosystem. 888 Society is an invitation-only community of entrepreneurs, investors, and executives — where relationships become partnerships, deals, and opportunities across every platform of the group.
Where Luxberg Deploys Capital.
Twelve investment areas across two countries — operating companies, real assets, financial markets, private credit, and global commerce. Diversified by design, disciplined by principle.
Operating Companies
The six companies of the Luxberg ecosystem — built, owned, and operated for permanent compounding.
Business Acquisitions & Exits
Cash-flowing businesses acquired, improved, and compounded — and when a sale honors the work, exited on our terms.
Real Estate
Income-producing and value-add properties, held for cash flow first and appreciation always.
Short-Term Rentals
Hospitality assets operated in the United States and México — real estate that earns like a business.
Public Equities
Long-term positions in quality businesses — bought with the same criteria we apply to whole companies.
Options
Income and hedging strategies that put volatility to work for the portfolio, not against it.
Futures & Trading Desk
A disciplined day and swing trading operation — rules-based, risk-first, and fully separated from long-term capital.
Digital Assets
A measured, long-term allocation to digital assets — cold storage, no leverage.
Private Credit & Lending
Financing deployed through Avanco Group — installments, working capital, and private lending with collateral discipline.
E-Commerce & Inventory
Containers, pallets, liquidation, and marketplace retail through Royal Apex — inventory turned with velocity.
AI & Technology
Automation, AI systems, and digital infrastructure — built once, deployed across every company in the group.
Joint Ventures
Structured partnerships where aligned incentives — and shared skin in the game — create shared upside.
Every area answers to the same seven criteria and the same capital cycle. Diversification without discipline is just scattering — ours is engineered.
See the DisciplineDiscipline Is the Strategy.
Every opportunity — a business, a property, a position, a partnership — is evaluated against the same framework. No exceptions.
Seven Criteria. One Standard.
Return on Investment
Capital must earn its place. Every dollar is measured against its best alternative use.
Risk
We underwrite the downside first. If we cannot define what we can lose, we pass.
Cash Flow
We favor assets and businesses that pay us to own them.
Capital Preservation
Rule one: protect the principal. Rule two: see rule one.
Scalability
We look for operations that grow without growing fragile.
Operational Excellence
Great assets run by weak operations are weak assets. We invest in systems.
Long-Term Appreciation
The final test: will this be worth meaningfully more in ten years?
The Standard
An opportunity must clear all seven — or it does not clear at all.
The Luxberg Capital Cycle.
Capital moves through a disciplined, repeatable cycle — and every turn of the wheel compounds the base.
Capital
Proprietary capital, protected and ready — the raw material of everything that follows.
Opportunity
Deal flow from the ecosystem, the network, and the market.
Analysis
Seven criteria, downside first. Most opportunities stop here.
Investment
Decisive execution once the standard is cleared.
Optimization
Systems, operations, and AI applied to make the asset perform.
Growth
Scaling what works — deliberately, at the pace the operation can absorb.
Cash Flow
The asset pays for being owned.
Reinvestment
Proceeds return to Stage 1 — with a larger base.
How We Think About Money.
Permanent Capital
No fund clock, no forced exits. We can hold a great asset forever — which changes what we are willing to buy.
Cash Flow Bias
Appreciation is the reward; cash flow is the requirement. Assets must contribute while they compound.
Concentration With Discipline
Diversified across twelve areas — but concentrated in what we understand and operate ourselves.
Separate Books, Separate Risk
Trading capital never touches long-term capital. Each area is sized so no single outcome threatens the base.
Every Company Strengthens Every Other Company.
Creates Entrepreneurs
Forming, funding, and scaling the businesses of tomorrow.
Provides the Financing
Turning plans into transactions and growth.
Creates the Relationships
A private room where deals and alliances are born.
Develops Educated Investors
Discipline, structure, and risk management.
Creates Commerce
Moving real product through global channels at scale.
Allocates the Capital
Funding, acquiring, and compounding across the whole.
"Everything works together."
Founder-Led. Owner-Operated.
LUXBERG is led by its founder — with the incentives, patience, and accountability that only ownership brings.
LUXBERG is founder-led and privately held. At its head sits the Office of the Founder & CEO — an entrepreneur, investor, and operator based in Southern California, with more than two decades of experience building, acquiring, and scaling businesses across services, finance, commerce, real assets, and financial markets.
The conviction behind the group is simple: durable wealth is created through ownership — of businesses, of assets, of systems — and it compounds fastest when the owner also runs the operation.
Today, the Luxberg ecosystem spans six companies across six business platforms, with capital deployed across twelve investment areas in two countries — from business formation and corporate credit to real estate, short-term rentals in México, a disciplined trading desk, private lending, and global trade.
The operating philosophy of the house is simple: protect the principal, own the asset, build the system, and let time do the compounding.
As a private holding, LUXBERG does not publish the personal profiles of its principals. Discretion is a discipline of the house — we let the portfolio speak.
Perspectives From the Owner's Desk.

The Ownership Principle
Most people spend their lives renting their income. They rent it from an employer, from a client list, from a platform — and the day they stop showing up, the income stops arriving.
Owners play a different game. An owner builds or buys something that produces value whether or not they are in the room: a business with systems, a property with tenants, a portfolio with cash flow. The first years are harder — ownership always costs more upfront than renting — but the curve bends the other way. Rented income is linear. Owned income compounds.
At Luxberg, this principle decides everything. We do not ask "what does this pay today?" We ask "what does this produce in year ten — and who owns it then?" It is why we favor businesses over projects, assets over fees, and systems over heroics. It is why we can be patient: when you own the engine, time is your partner instead of your meter running out.
The discipline that follows is unglamorous. Protect the principal. Buy cash flow. Build operations that do not depend on any single person — including us. Reinvest. Repeat for decades.
That is the whole secret, and it is not a secret at all. Ownership, discipline, and time — everything else is commentary.
